3. RECEIVING THE ORDER:

4. PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS

If the money order reaches the bank within two working days after placing the order, the order will be approved. Orders that do not receive a bank transfer within two working days will be cancelled. Unless the order price is transferred to our company's account, the consumer has no right to demand delivery.
5. SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS AND CHARGING OF SHIPMENTS:
The responsibility and risk of shipping the product belong to the consumer. Unless the CONSUMER specifies a special request, the products are sent with the contracted cargo company.
Orders are delivered to the consumer's address. www.alachastore.com can deliver products to all points of Turkey with its contracted cargo companies. If there is no cargo agency in the place where the consumer is located, this is called the Mobile Zone and the product is delivered on certain days of the week.
In case the CONSUMER refrains from receiving the product; www.alachastore.com shall have the right to demand the product price and other damages, or to terminate the contract immediately and demand damages.
www.alachastore.com cannot be held responsible in any way for delays in the deliveries of cargo companies, damage or loss that may occur during transportation.
The transportation fee of the goods belongs to the CONSUMER. For purchases made outside of Turkey, the shipping fee is entirely the responsibility of the consumer. However, in any case, the damage and benefit will pass to the CONSUMER with the goods being transported or couriered.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to Article 8 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the CONSUMER has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods, without taking any responsibility and without giving any reason, within seven days from the date of receipt of the product. Accordingly, the Consumer has the right to return the product without any reason within 14 days after receiving it.
In order for the consumer to benefit from the right of withdrawal;
• The sale is based on a contract of sale falling within the scope of the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 4077,
• The return must be made within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date of the purchased product without the packaging being opened, destroyed, spoiled and the product unused.
• Return requests are not accepted in cases where the labels on the box of the product affixed by the importer or the manufacturer are torn or the vacuum or gelatinous packaging is opened.
• In order for the returns to take place, the CONSUMER must apply in writing to www.alachastore.com. Refund requests made without an application will not be accepted.
• In order to benefit from the right, the purchased product must not be damaged and must be in a condition that can be resold.
• The consumer is obliged to return the product as it was when it was delivered to him and to compensate for the loss in the commercial value of the goods due to use, in case of use.
• The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the goods produced in accordance with the special requests and demands of the consumer or made special to the person by making changes or additions.

8.2 www.alachastore.com has the right to stop the service it provides for a certain period of time or completely within any period of time. In the event of such a situation, www.alachastore.com has no responsibility towards private members and third parties.
8.3 All CONSUMERS who purchase products from the www.alachastore.com website are deemed to have read and accepted all of the articles in the contract. Consumer; If he does not tick the box indicating that he has approved this contract, he will not be able to approve the order, and the confirmation of the order indicates that this contract has been accepted.

8.5 In disputes arising from this contract, www.alachastore.com records will be accepted as binding and conclusive evidence. If the CONSUMER signs this contract or approves it on the website, it is deemed to have accepted all the provisions of the contract. Correspondence between the parties in electronic form will be accepted as evidence.
8.6 This contract begins when the CONSUMER receives any service or completes his order through the www.alachastore.com website. The CONSUMER is deemed to have undertaken to comply with every article of this contract indefinitely. The fact that the payment process has not yet been completed by the CONSUMER does not abolish the provisions of the contract.
8.7 The provisions of Turkish substantive and procedural law will be applied to this contract and in case of disputes arising from the implementation of this contract, Izmir/Turkey Courts and enforcement offices will be authorized.
